The San Bernardino Employment and Training Agency has been assisting job seekers and businesses with their employment needs for approximately 30 years. The City of San Bernardino is designated as a Local Workforce Investment Area (LWIA) by the Governor. The Mayor of San Bernardino oversees the program in conjunction with the City's Workforce Investment Board (WIB).
The San Bernardino Employment and Training Agency has long created workforce solutions for the area's employers and individuals through public and private partnerships. We provide cost-effective, quality programs and services that promote self-sufficiency and address the current and long-term needs of the area's employers. This is largely accomplished through partnerships and comprehensive employment resources.
