Downtown San Bernardino Transit Center

A future transportation center for San Bernardino.

The proposed five-acre site is located on the southwest corner of Rialto Avenue and E Street. The Transit Center will serve as a transfer point for bus routes serving the Downtown area, with future connections to the sbX Bus Rapid Transit system, proposed Downtown San Bernardino Passenger Rail Project; which is a one-mile Metrolink extension from the Santa Fe Depot, and the proposed Redlands Passenger Rail Project with stops on route to the University of Redlands. Anticipated construction start of the transit center is in 2012.
