Activities and Events
- AMF Arrowhead Lanes
It’s true - bowling is something everyone can enjoy! Book a birthday bash, sign the kids up for the Kids Bowling Club, or plan a fun-filled family night out. AMF Arrowhead Lanes has activities and promotions to fit every family’s style. - National Orange Show Events Center
There’s always something going on at the National Orange Show Events Center. From concerts to speedway races, to annual events such as the National Orange Show Festival and the Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony– this is the place to go for events, or even book one of your own.
Libraries
- Feldheym Library
At Feldheym Library, you and your family can do so much more than check out books. While diving into literary fantasy worlds, you can also help your child learn to read at the Early Literacy Stations, attend an arts and crafts session or see a free showing of family-friendly movies. - Villaseñor Library
The Paul Villaseñior branch library, named after a World War II war hero, holds more than 20,000 titles, including Spanish books, videos and music cassettes for adults and children. You can also take advantage of computer stations that have internet access, word processing programs and educational programs for students.
Museums
- San Bernardino History & Railroad Museum
All board the San Bernardino History and Railroad Museum! Find out all about the rich history of the San Bernardino railroad industry. Located in a former baggage-handling room at the Santa Fe Depot, the museum has railroad memorabilia, historical photographs, refurbished horse-drawn carriages and model railroad replicas. - City of San Bernardino Historical and Pioneer Society
Open to the public on Saturdays only, visit this historic site for a tour of the 1891 Heritage House with Period furnishings, the Christian R. Harris Memorial Hall, the first jail in San Bernardino and the Historical Society Library.
Parks
- Meadowbrook Park
This park has it all! Exercise your sporty side with tennis, basketball, and indoor volleyball. Or, plan a family event with the barbecue grills, picnic tables and gazebo. It even has a recreation center, swimming pool and picnic shelter with electricity. - Seccombe Lake Park
Get your heart rate pumping on the walking track or relax and fish by the lake. Seccombe Lake Park has 44 acres of play area, which includes two baseball diamonds, two sand volleyball courts, two playground areas, and plenty of barbecues and picnic tables. The hardest part is deciding what to do! - La Plaza Park
Take a nice stroll or jog through La Plaza Park, or maybe just reading a book while relaxing on the grass is perfect for easing your tension away.
